The Baron Box — Quarter Beef Share

The Baron Box is our simplified version of purchasing a quarter beef share. It includes approximately 100 pounds of Flying B Beef, already carefully selected and packaged for you.

We created the Baron Box to make buying in bulk easy. Instead of filling out a cut sheet or navigating the complexity of a traditional bulk share, we’ve done the work for you by selecting a balanced variety of cuts that work well for everyday cooking.

Inside the Baron Box you’ll receive a mix of premium steaks, roasts, brisket blend ground beef, and other versatile cuts that allow you to enjoy a wide range of meals.

With roughly 100 pounds of beef, the Baron Box offers the same quantity as a quarter cow without the additional decisions involved in custom processing.

What Makes the Baron Box Different

Unlike our half and whole beef shares, the Baron Box is pre-packaged and does not require a cut sheet.

This means:

• No decisions about butcher cuts
• No processing calculations
• No waiting for custom cutting instructions

Simply reserve your box and we will coordinate pickup or delivery once it is ready.

Freezer Space Needed

The Baron Box typically requires 4–6 cubic feet of freezer space.

Most customers find the box can fit inside a standard refrigerator/freezer combination, provided there is dedicated space available.

Bulk Share Availability

Bulk shares for grain-finished beef are available in:

• Quarter shares (The Baron Box)
• Half shares
• Whole shares

These shares allow customers to purchase larger quantities of locally raised Flying B Beef while enjoying the convenience of buying directly from the ranch.
