TASTE TRADITION
We are a family of four, born and raised in the rural central Sierra foothills of California. After years of enjoying the product of our commercial beef operation we thought it was only fair that we offered the opportunity for others to relish this premium ranch raised black angus beef. Married in 2019 Austin and Lauren Miller the founders of Flying B Beef began their family in 2020 with the arrival of daughter Brooke, and in 2022, son Jack. Feeding little ones really inspired us to source higher quality, nutrient dense food, that we could trace. Already being cattle ranchers, this was no leap for us, and as price for store bought beef began to, and continues to climb, we realized how fortunate we were to have the ability to feed our family premium, natural, pasture raised beef straight from our ranch. Flying B Beef began because the family behind it wants to ensure that others have this same opportunity to partake in enjoying a product that they can trace from ranch to table.
