We are a family-owned beef operation based in Catheys Valley in Mariposa County, California. Our cattle are raised right here in the foothills, where open land, fresh air, and hard work still mean something.
This isn’t mass production.
This isn’t anonymous grocery store beef.
This is local beef, raised with intention.

Our cattle are bred, born, raised, grazed and finished on California ground. We care deeply about how they are handled, how they are fed, and how they are finished. Responsible stewardship of the land and animals is not a trend for us, it’s a tradition.
Why Bulk Shares?
We sell whole, half, and quarter beef shares because it allows families to stock their freezers with high-quality beef at a better value, while supporting a local ranching family directly.
Each month we offer a limited number of beef shares. When they’re gone, they’re gone. This keeps our operation sustainable, manageable, and focused on quality over quantity.
