21.5% steaks & specialty cuts (filet, ribeye, NY, top sirloin, flat iron, ranch & tri-tip, bavette, picanha, bavette, hanging tender, flank steak)
12.5% roast & stew meat/stir-fry (chuck roast and pre-cut stew meat perfect for stir fry, kebab etc.)
63% Brisket Blend Ground Beef (our signature blend of brisket and rib meat)
3% trim fat (perfect for homemade cooking tallow, assorted bones, neck and/or leg)

Materials + Care
All Flying B Beef is USDA inspected, vacuum sealed, and flash frozen to preserve freshness and quality.
For best results, keep beef frozen until ready to use. When properly stored in a freezer, our beef is best enjoyed within 12 months.
To thaw, place the sealed package in the refrigerator for 24–48 hours, or thaw under cold running water for quicker use.
Once thawed, keep refrigerated and cook within 3–5 days.

Flying B Beef does not offer shipping at this time. All orders are fulfilled through coordinated local delivery or pickup.
