The Urbanite Box is a city slicker favorite, originally created for our friends and family in Los Angeles. It’s a freezer-friendly option and a great way to sample Flying B Beef without committing to a larger box.
This box includes a small selection of premium cuts along with our signature brisket blend ground beef, making it perfect for customers who want to try a variety of Flying B Beef in a manageable size.

Materials + Care
All Flying B Beef is USDA inspected, vacuum sealed, and flash frozen to preserve freshness and quality.
For best results, keep beef frozen until ready to use. When properly stored in a freezer, our beef is best enjoyed within 12 months.
To thaw, place the sealed package in the refrigerator for 24–48 hours, or thaw under cold running water for quicker use.
Once thawed, keep refrigerated and cook within 3–5 days.

Flying B Beef does not offer shipping at this time. All orders are fulfilled through coordinated local delivery or pickup.
