What’s Included
20 lbs Brisket Blend Ground Beef
Ground beef is frozen flat in 1 lb or 2 lb packages for defrosting convenience, making it easy to pull out exactly what you need for a quick and easy meal.
Materials + Care
All Flying B Beef is USDA inspected, vacuum sealed, and flash frozen to preserve freshness and quality.
For best results, keep beef frozen until ready to use. When properly stored in a freezer, our beef is best enjoyed within 12 months.
To thaw, place the sealed package in the refrigerator for 24–48 hours, or thaw under cold running water for quicker use.
Once thawed, keep refrigerated and cook within 3–5 days.
